ReplyDeleteYou sound like my kinda gal Luvs! I am making a pot of chili and got things for a cheese and cracker tray (oh and sausage too of course) to go with our Dr. Pepper..and maybe...just maybe...we will stay up until 12!!! we are quite the party animals!!

Hello Everyone and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWe will go to our usual restaurant for dinner. The same place we have gone for about 20 years, have I ever said I don't like change?! Then we will come back to my mom's and either watch movies or play games and have a glass of champagne. Mr.NYC's mother always made a big pot of lentil soup and that was the first thing they had to eat after midnight, for good luck. I don't really believe in that but I am one for nice traditions so we will continue it and make the soup and eat it! yum! No party animals over here either but it will be a fun night with family.
I wish everyone a wonderful, safe night and a fantastic New Year. I SO appreciate all of you and your friendship!
AND I also wish Megan a great year on some good old ass whoopin' on that bad c-word and pray for her and her family!
