What a busy time it has been around the old ranch!
Moe has been visiting, youngest son and friend have been here to visit, we loaded the trailer to go to a horse show, went to a retirement party and....deep breath...we went to my Great Niece's wedding. This is MaryE's oldest granddaughter and the first great to marry.
Her (now) hubby suffered cancer and is in remission, she graduated with her teaching degree this spring and is now employed in her first teaching position.
Here's to Staci and Brandon! God's blessing on your lives together...wishing you a long and happy life.

THANKS FOR SHARING ALL THE PICTURES. LOVED THE ONE OF THE FIVE YEAR OLD. YOU SHOULD FRAME IT AS A GIFT TO HER MOM. THEY ALL SHOW THE LOVE POURING FROM YOUR WONDERFUL FAMILY.
ReplyDeleteRAINNING AGAIN. MY DAUGHTER JUST GOT BACK FROM SINGAPORE THIS MORNING. SHE FLEW THERE FRIDAY VIA LA, JAPAN THEN ON TO SINGAPORE. A VERY LONG TRIP. SHE HAD TO GO OVER THERE TO BRING HOME PERSONAL THINGS OF A FRIEND THAT WAS THERE LAST WEEK ON BUSINESS. HE GOT ILL, WENT TO THE HOSPITAL AND DIED. IT HAPPEN SO QUICKLY NO ONE HAD TIME TO THINK. I WAS WORRIED SICK ABOUT HER TRAVELING ALONE BUT SHE SAID SHE'D HOPE SOMEONE WOULD DO IT FOR HER IF IT HAPPEN TO HER. HIS WIFE WAS BESIDE HERSELF. THEN THIS MORNING SHE HANDED EVERYTHING OVER TO SIL AND HE'S ON HIS WAY TO DELIVER THE MANS' THINGS TO HIS FRIENDS WIFE.I ALWAY KNEW I HAD A WONDERFUL DAUGHTER AND SIL NOW I KNOW FOR SURE. I ASKED HER HOW SHE DID IT. SHE SAID, SHE TRIED NOT TO THINK ABOUT HOW LONG SHE'D BE ON THE FLIGHT. YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHEN IT'S YOUR TIME TO GO. SO ENJOY EVERY MINUTE OF EVERYDAY AND TRY AND BE KIND WITH YOUR WORDS.
I'M GOING TO HUG A FEW PEOPLE TODAY.

I love weddings. Everyone is dressed up, and the couple are so full of hopes and dreams. Love all the photos, especially seeing your Dad looking so happy. Your hair looks really cute, too, Mare!

Is a warm day here today..Hubby left last night with the product trailer for the store and Moe went with him..and youngest son and his friend left so it was super quiet..watched some tv, washed dishes and took a long bath (should say NAP) in the tub and went to bed..

THANKS BETH, LOV, AND MARE. I WAS WORRIED FOR HER TO TAKE SUCH A TRIP BUT DUE TO THE SITUATION SOMEONE HAD TO DO IT. THAT'S JUST SOMETHING SHE'D DO FOR ANYONE WITHOUT THINKING TWICE. I WOULDN'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START IN A SITUATION LIKE THIS STORY. SO MANY LEGAL THINGS IN A DEATH SITUATION. SHE SAID THE PEOPLE WERE VERY KIND TO HER AND HELP HER THROUGH EACH STEP.AFTER RETURNING HOME THEN HER HUBBY CONTINUE THE JOURNEY BY JUMPING ON A PLANE TO DELIVER THE MANS' POSSESSION TO HIS WIFE. WHAT A JOURNEY OF KINDNESS. AMEN
