Help A Lady Out

Hey everyone...just a really quick blog post... Not trying to speak for anyone else, but I think we have all had a helping hand at least once in our lives. Non-Stop Mom (Amy from Kansas) had her transmission go out and with 5 kids to chauffeur back and forth to school and activities, she could use a little bit of a helping hand. Whether or not you want to contribute of course is up to you, but I for one was happy to pay it forward...wasn't much, but hope it helps her a bit. No comments are necessary, but I hope you will all go over to her blog at http://non-stopmom.blogspot.com/ and meet her if you haven't already... Do what you feel, but I just wanted to "put it out there"... Hope your day is going good! Mare

  1. So sweet of you Mare to help out Amy by blogging about her situation. I also helped her out and hope others go read her story. She is a nice lady always doing for others.

  3. Aw, thanks Mare! I appreciate it so much - you have no idea! I am so amazed and overwhelmed by the generosity of people - just when I about lost all faith in mankind, so many people stepped up to help me. Maybe the transmission going out on us was a sign or something - I don't know. All I do know at this point is that we are very close to getting it fixed - I stopped in and talked to the guy today, and I just have to transfer the money around a bit to get it into my checking account, and then get the van to him and he'll do it. The rest of the month is going to be tight, but we'll get through it - it'll be worth it to have my van back and to be able to give Kerry's van back to him.

    Again, thank you. You rock!

    Lots of love to you!
    Amy
