Happy Belated Birthday Lou! You asked about Mr.NYC, thank you. He is fine. We are still traveling but not as much this year. I have had some back issues which flying aggravated. However, we just got back from a weeks vacation in Hawaii. Paradise on earth if you ask me. We had a relaxing week. :-)

Gloria-I think many of us can relate to your decision to sell your home. A hard but necessary one. As someone who just went thru it, I know you will be glad when it is over! Prayers sent your way...
Beth, we did have a wonderful, long weekend in Pittsburgh! The weather was beautiful -- 85 all weekend until today, and the wedding was spectacular! Wedding events started at 1 pm and got over with at 2 am! Kevin and I were helpers too (mostly because I got a little bored in the evening at the reception and I wasn't drinking, so we offered to help with stuff! LOL). I got to see a lot ofl people I love a lot whom I haven't seen in a long time. The drive over and back were just beautiful -- Pennsylvania is almost all low rolling green hills, farms and trees. By leaving a little later today than we had originally planned, we avoided a huge storm with possible tornado on our way home! As it ended up, we didn't hit a drop of rain! Yay! Just got home about 3 hours ago.
Mare, I couldn't hear your video either, but it's something wrong with my computers or speakers. I have been having trouble with that lately. Too lazy to crawl under the desk to see what's wrong with the subwoofer, speakers and all those plugs. LOL
We are going to have weather in the high 70s this week the rain for 55 days starting Thursday. It's usually colder than a witch's nose here this time of year. I'm loving the extra warmth! Hope the weather is good where all of you are! The leaves here are just starting to turn.

Hi everyone-so good to hear from each of you! I have things to post about (but nothing like Hawaii or Pennsylvania I'm afraid ::/ ) Our electricity is playing games with us so trying to find an outlet that works is even a challenge at the moment! What's up with that?? Someone is coming tomorrow-I HOPE-to have a look at it. We also need our pilot lit-is getting a bit chilly in here at night (although it is is lower 60's so the down comforter is assisting in that area-just a tad bit cool in the a.m.) Gloria, I hope the sale of your home goes quickly and without a hitch. It will be hard I'm sure, but I just imagine it will be a downsized lifestyle and you will enjoy that! Katie-your weekend sounds divine...I'll just bet it's beautiful (hmmm, I don't recall getting a photo text though...hmmm..:) Beth-Hawaii-SERIOUSLY!?? May I live your life for a bit?? And here we are sliding into another new weekend! Quiet day here though I should be grocery and pet shopping. Starting tomorrow I will be fostering a sick 4 month old kitten, trying to nurse her back to health so she can be adopted out hopefully to a forever home! I'm excited and scared both!
